We're currently seeking an intern to join our dynamic People and Culture team at ReadinessIT. If you're passionate about learning, possess excellent communication skills, and are dedicated to driving the professional growth of our team members, then your career journey could kickoff right here.Responsibilities include:
Assisting in Recruitment and Selection processes.
Providing support in welcoming and integrating new employees.
Aiding in developing job descriptions and conducting function analysis.
Monitoring training activities.
Assisting in developing and implementing internal communication plans (internal events, protocols).
Supporting HR administrative processes.
Collaborating on reporting and managing KPIs.
Participating in projects and procedures related to the People & Culture area.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's (1) or Master's (1) degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good self-organization and autonomy.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Fluent in English (Must Have).
