Primemarine is recruiting Receptionists for VIKING RIVER CRUISES, sailing in Egypt.- Serve as the main information center for all guests and handle on-board sales transactions
- Operate phone switchboard, cashless system, and safety system
- Provide 24-hour concierge services and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain the guest infotainment system and update the logbook daily
- Handle guest complaints promptly and assist with medical disembarkations
- Coordinate and confirm guests' departure arrangements, organize guest documents, and assist with shore excursions.

Experience in hotels with 4 or 5*

The crew on the Egyptian ships have Swiss contract as the EU crew.
Rotation 90 days work, 14 days off
Visa costs for Egypt are all covered by the company
Additional health insurance, covering up to 30'000 CHF medical costs
Flights fully paid and upon request, arranged by the company (including vacation flights)

Cabins are shared with other European crew
Can go out and explore in their free time, like normal EU contracts
