Senior Financial Analyst - Palmela

We are currently hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join Hanon Systems, a leading Multinational Company in the automotive sector, based in Palmela.

O que terás de fazer

- Providing timely internal management reports to senior management, defining and analyzing key business indicators and identify opportunities to improve company’s performance;

- Supporting the Commercial teams by establishing processes for KPI tracking and reporting of Actuals, Budget and Business Plan and validate the financial impact of actions identified;

- Working with Accounting AR teams to provide an Overdue AR Global reporting

- Support FP&A and Commercial teams for specific projects;

- Ensure internal controls compliance.

O que precisas de garantir

- Bachelor's or master's degree in the areas of management, finance or accounting;

- Experience of 4-5 years in the financial area;

- Experience with advanced payment concepts, as well as with General, Analytical and Budget Accounting;

- Experience in a multinational environment (preferable);

- Fluency in English (mandatory), German would be a plus;

- Proficiency in tools such as accounting software applications (preferably, SAP);

- Ability to work independently in complex environments and with tight deadlines;

- Excellent operational and relational capacity, generating competitive attitudes to reach excellent levels of results;

- Dynamism, responsibility, spirit of initiative and organizational skills.
