Responsibilities:
Design and creation of power interfaces for integrating customer data into Service Now.
Configure API integration between Service Now and Fortis on-premises resources.
Analysis and creation of automated Service Now exports to feed the needs of Fortis' internal customers.
Analysis and configuration of Email interfaces (inbound/outbound) in Service Now.
Workflow design in Service Now.
Migration of existing tools to Service Now.
Requirements:
At least 6 years of relevant experience
Fluency in English
French and/or Dutch (preferred).
Experience of Service Now Certified (development)
