Responsabilities:
The resource will support the CISO and IT team in the following activities:
Further improve the information security structure, policies and SOPs (new to write and existing to expand).
Preparation and execution of change management to incorporate new policies and procedures.
Implement - in collaboration with service providers - additional security and continuity measures; also challenging the proposed solutions keeping in mind the best market and tool practices. Evaluate the implementation at the time of delivery and validate that the identified risks and weaknesses have been adequately mitigated.
Additionally, the resource may be requested to assist with the following topics: CMDB in service now, IT DRP plan, backup/restore procedures, (security) monitoring and logging procedures, cybersecurity testing, general security (data, applications, network, ...), leak prevention of data.
Requirements:
Fluency in English
French and/or Dutch (preferred).
Availability for a hybrid work model.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
IT training and practical experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud and tools/services from a security perspective.
Proven practical experience in the technical configuration of Azure (understanding the behind-the-scenes mechanism), supporting the validation of proposed fixes. Ability to cross-check systems (not just validate paper documents).
Experience in working closely with external service providers, providing information and challenging proposals for solutions and ways of working on various security topics.
