Ability to recognize the direction of the sector by following the main market trends;
Proactivity and ability to learn;
Communication skills;
Fluent in English, other languages will be considered a plus;
B driving license;
Responsibilities:
Conduction real estate investment research for international clients
Selecting appropriate investment options based on client feedback
Client Consulting through call, video conferences
Client communication via email
Drafting and finalizing research reports for clients
Analyzing market information for the clients
Identifying key areas of concern and areas of improvement in the client interaction and service
Discuss findings with other researchers and members of the organization.
Organizing real estate viewings
