With nearly 170 years of existence, and over 40,000 employees in more than 70 countries around the world, Savills is a company of international reputation in the real estate market.Savills Portugal is currently undergoing a strong growth and intends to reinforce its Compliance team with the integration of a Transaction Manager for its office in Porto.
Key tasks/ activities:
- Ensure compliance with the Department’s procedures;
- Verification and validation of all documentation for new listings and contracts;
- Completion, verification and validation of property brokerage contracts (CMI);
- Completion, verification and validation of partnership agreements;
- Management of all physical and digital archives;
- Management of all transactions’ compliance process;
- Creation of contacts and invoicing details on internal CRM;
- Administrative management of invoicing processes;
- Handle all sales processes as the point of contact between sellers and buyers at a latter stage of the transaction process;
- Monitoring of promissory contracts and deeds.
Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:
- Law or Solicitors degree will be valued;
- Minium 3 years’ experience;
- Familiarity with the real estate market from a legal perspective (will be valued);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Power Point);
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
- Ability to plan and organize;
- Ability to solve problems autonomously and continually review procedures;
- Rigor and excellence in task execution;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Team player and ease of communication;
- Proactivity, assertiveness, and resilience.
