Description:
- Open and management of travel files;
- Designing and developing Itineraries according to customer profiles;
- Provision to customers with detailed Travel Information and advice by phone or email;
- Negotiating for services with vendors;
- Costing and pricing of tour packages, converting these to bookings;
- Developing website tours content;
- Making tours, transportation, and accommodation reservations;
- High level of Responsibility and Confidentiality;
- Documentation procedures;
- Manage travel files independently;
- Coordination of several travel services;
- Maximizing sales and customer holiday experience by suggesting upgrades;
- Offering excellent customer service and dealing with constraints calmly and diplomatically.
- Tourism Management Degree;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese and English);
- Proficient in Excel and World;
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail;
- Active listening skills;
- Customer service skills;
- Should be Highly Organized in the Work;
- Confidentiality;
- The ability to sell products and services;
