You are expected to carefully personalize a private Portugal and Spain vacation, attending to the client's interests and needs.
? Open and management of travel files;
? Designing and developing Itineraries according to customer profiles;
? Provision to customers with detailed Travel Information and advice by phone or email;
? Negotiating for services with vendors;
? Costing and pricing of tour packages converting these to bookings;
? Developing website tour content;
? Making tours, transportation, and accommodation reservations;
? High level of Responsibility and Confidentiality;
? Documentation procedures;
? Manage travel files independently;
? Coordination of several travel services;
? Maximizing sales and customer holiday experience by suggesting upgrades;
? Offering excellent customer service, and dealing with constraints in a calm and diplomatic manner.
Minimum Qualifications: University Degree
Essential language: English - Professional
? Tourism Degree;
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese and English);
? Proficient in Excel and Word.
