Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst with strong expertise in PL/SQL and relational databases to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in 2nd line technical support roles, addressing user queries and solving technical issues in a dynamic environment. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong communication skills and be fluent in Portuguese.
Responsabilities:
• Provide 2nd line technical support for applications and databases.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues raised by users, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate complex issues and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain and improve PL/SQL queries and scripts to support business processes.
• Work directly with users to troubleshoot and resolve their technical problems, providing excellent customer service.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes to enhance support services.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in database management and technical support.
Must Have:
• Academic Background: Higher education or attendance in computer engineering, management information technology, data science and statistics, mathematics, computer science, or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with PL/SQL.
• Minimum of 2 years in technical support activities (2nd line) that require contact with users.
• Fluent in Portuguese.
Nice to Have:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Java.
Tools:
• PL/SQL Developer or equivalent tools for database management.
• Issue tracking and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• Database management systems like Oracle or similar.
Languages & Soft Skills:
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Location:
Need to be on Portugal (Maia)
