- Temporarily you will be working at home. For this, you will need to have a fibre connection and a phone landline.

- Helping italian customers find the necessary information about the services they are looking for. You’ll have to question, listen and use your ability to help others to make an unforgettable customer experience;
- Find the best solution for each person because the most important thing is that every customer has found a solution to their problem at the end of the day.
