Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be a crucial part of a Customer Care Team, focusing on providing support for the organization’s underwriting needs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying the need for product returns using complaint tools.
- Obtaining necessary approvals from various departments for returns.
- Liaising with Customer Service to ensure timely communication with customers.


What is the ideal profile?
Bachelor’s degree.
Conversant in logistics and supply chain, with experience in invoicing.
Experience in customer support or service activities with a Pan-European scope.
Fluency in written and spoken English
Strong computer skills with high proficiency in MS Office suite.
Customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills.


Physical Environment
General office environment.
Daily phone use for five or more hours.


Contractual conditions
Contract initially with Adecco.
Attractive salary, commensurate with experience.
Monday to Friday. 3 days at the office and 2 at home, weekly.
