Start: 6 th June or 20th June or 4 th July or 30rd July for German and 20th for Italian or 4thTasks:
· Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
· Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform
· Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload
· Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
· Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
· Strict adherence to the accuracy guidelines as laid down by the client
· Ensuring to protect the data of the customer and compliance process is followed
Profile
German C2 or Italian C2 and English B2
Italian : locals only
· Strong customer service orientation skills
· Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
· Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
· Dependable with strong attention to detail
· Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
· Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
· Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
· Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
· Willingness to work a flexible schedule

950 base salary + 450 language adder + 167 meal allowance
Italian: Base Salary - 950.00 €
Language Adder - 200.00 €
Meal Allowance - 7.23 € /per worked day
