We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer to join our team. The candidate will report directly to the Operations Director, Financial Director, and the CEO.


Key Responsibilities

    Provide administrative support to senior management.
    Manage and oversee tasks related to public and international tenders.
    Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and operations.


Mandatory Requirements

    Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
    Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and AI tools.
    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


Preferred Qualifications

    Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    Fluency in French and/or German is a strong advantage.
    Proven experience in public and international tenders and proposal writing.
