Join Our Team as a Spanish & Catalan Consumer Engagement Advisor - 100% Remote! Hey there! Are you a pro at connecting with people and making their day better? Do you speak Spanish and Catalan fluently? If so, we want YOU to join our amazing team! Position summary: A?Consumer Engagement Services Advisor?will assist Nestlé consumers with questions and doubts when using our products and services. Resolve possible customer queries, recommend solutions and guide product users through features via phone, email, chat and social media platforms. What you will do: Respond to customer queries via written channels, including social media. Identify customer needs and assist with specific features. Update internal databases with customer information. Share feature requests and workarounds with stakeholders. Inform customers about new features, functionalities, and campaigns. Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved. Gather feedback and update FAQs and knowledge-based documents. Handle serious and sensitive contacts per guidelines. Ensure timely handling of complaints per Nestlé CES standards. Redirect questions to appropriate stakeholders when necessary. What will make you successful: Native Spanish and Catalan (mandatory). Ability to adapt tone of voice to different brands and written channels. Experience as a Customer Support Specialist. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Multi-tasking abilities and attention to details. What we offer: Base salary: 1000€ Language bonus: 450€ 100% remote work - live and work anywhere in Portugal!
