• Internal Policies - Setup / Review and Update;

• Risk Management Process:

  - Identification: HQ Request Analysis, Self Audit, Ad-Hoc Audits, Business and Operation Active       Surveillance;

  - Assessment: Process Analysis vs Guideline, Bottleneck Identification;

  - Correction: Developed and Implementation of corrective measures;

  - Monitor: Control Checks Implementation / Automation / Monitoring;

  - Reporting: Periodic Assessement Reporting;

• Training to Internal and External Stakeholders;

• Develop Internal Audit Plan;

• Risk Marix Manegement.
