Job Description:
As a buyer’s agent with 2-3 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to help individuals, families and business make Portugal their home. Your responsibilities will include:
Researching properties for buyers and tenants;
Scheduling property visits;
Accompanying clients on visits or conducting visits on their behalf;
Negotiating on their behalf and preparing offers;
Explaining the buying and leasing process to clients;
Preparing the client's file for mortgage application;
Ensuring compliance with Portuguese real estate laws and regulations;
Communicating fluently in both Portuguese and English (C1/C2).
Qualifications:
A master’s degree in Economics, Management, or other equivalent;
2-3 years of hands-on experience in real estate in Portugal;
A passion for helping families achieve their relocation and investment dreams;
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
