Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Up to 5 years of experience in the role for which we are contracting the service;
Mandatory:
• Up to 5 years of experience in the role for which we are contracting the service;
• Knowledge of BPM and good practices for its implementation;
• Knowledge of Process analysis and diagnosis;
• Knowledge of Process modeling;
• Knowledge of creating process performance indicators;
• Knowledge of Process improvement techniques;
• Knowledge of Process-oriented organizational architecture.
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel and PPoint,
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Power BI
• Fluency in English.
• Good communication
• Proactive
• Teamwork
• Top 5 Skills: resilience, good teamwork, problem-solving, Power BI, BPM.
Daily tasks:
• Implement techniques and best practices using BPM;
• Design processes according to standards, policies and requirements;
• Perform analysis, diagnosis and process modeling;
• Ensure the identification of process improvements;
• Create process performance indicators.
