Description:We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Support Analyst with foundational knowledge in PL/SQL and relational databases to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in 2nd line technical support roles, assisting with user queries and solving technical issues in a collaborative environment. Strong communication skills in Portuguese are essential.
Responsibilities:
• Provide 2nd line technical support for applications and databases.
• Analyze and help resolve technical issues raised by users, ensuring effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate complex issues as needed.
• Assist in maintaining and improving PL/SQL queries and scripts to support business processes.
• Work directly with users to troubleshoot and resolve their technical problems, providing excellent customer service.
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes to enhance support services.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest practices in database management and technical support.
Must Have:
• Academic Background: Higher education or attendance in computer engineering, management information technology, data science and statistics, mathematics, computer science, or similar.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with PL/SQL.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in technical support activities (2nd line) that require contact with users.
• Fluent in Portuguese
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Easyvista.
• Experience with Redmine.
• Experience with ETL (ODI).
• Experience with Tomcat Server.
Tools:
• Familiarity with PL/SQL Developer or equivalent tools for database management.
• Familiarity with issue tracking and ticketing systems, such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with database management systems like Oracle or similar.
Seniority:
• Junior-Level (2+ years of experience)
