Currently we are recruiting for our client a MPN/CSP Partner Advocate: Frontline (m/f), who can speak fluently English.

What are you going to do?
- Answer incoming inquires via any applicable support channel (phone,chat,online submission,etc.);
- Conduct proactive outreach to partners either as part of an open case or for a campaign as needed;
- Help drive partner satisfaction by providing accurate information, prompt callbacks, and timely follow-ups on all action items.

What are we looking for in you?
- Native or fluency in English;
- Previous experience in customer care (preferential);
- Analytical thinking and organization;
- Stress resistance;
- Good technology knowledge;

Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday with a rotational shift between 07 a.m. and 07 p.m. (8 hours per day).
