YOUR ROLE Reporting directly to the Business Performance Excellence at Corporate, you will monitor and make reliable the Rail operational control (monitoring operational costs). WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? • Establishing and monitoring the monthly reporting for each rail flow;• Analyzing the performance indicators – Operation and maintenance, for the different flows;
• Analysis of the discrepancies between the forecasted and actual performance;
• Conduct numerous analyses asked by the different direction points (Finance and Rail);
• Ensure the reliability of data prior to result production;
• Contribution and work toward process simplification. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Master’s degree in finance or business control;
• 1 year at least of experience;
• Advanced Excel;
• Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Have attention to detail and accuracy;
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Have strong analytics skills;
• Have ability to work under pressure while thinking objectively;
• Enjoy problem solving and can work independently but collaborative with others to accomplish a
common goal;
• Ability to communicate to management and collaborators with synthesis and efficiency.
