Your Responsibilities as a Online Sales Development worker:
  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and chat to promote digital marketing solutions
  • Identify business opportunities and tailor digital advertising strategies to client needs
  • Support customers in planning effective digital media campaigns
  • Handle objections with confidence and strategic thinking
  • Maintain high-quality service and client satisfaction

  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in English
  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales and digital marketing
  • Strong business acumen and market awareness
  • Strategic thinker with planning and objection handling skills
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and media mix
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts
  • High School Diploma
  • EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card required
