With nearly 170 years of existence, and over 40,000 employees in more than 70 countries around the world, Savills is a company of international reputation in the real estate market.Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, and currently undergoing a strong growth, with mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal, intends to reinforce its team in the Agency Department - Offices with the integration of an Office Leasing Senior Consultant for its Lisbon office.
Key tasks/ activities:
- Providing end-to-end support to clients throughout the leasing or sales process, from initial engagement to deal completion;
- Identifying opportunities in the office market, including new development areas and investment assets;
- Conducting market and asset analysis, considering factors such as occupancy trends, supply and demand dynamics, as well as urbanistic and licensing aspects;
- Developing business plans and financial models to support strategic decision-making for tenants, landlords, and investors;
- Structuring and preparing sales processes, including marketing materials such as teasers and Investment Memorandums;
- Building and maintaining relationships with investors, landlords, and tenants, presenting opportunities and supporting decision-making processes;
- Managing and negotiating real estate transactions, ensuring alignment between all parties and maximizing asset value.
Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:
- Degree/ Master’s Degree in Management, Economics or Law;
- 2-3 years' professional experience in real estate (valued);
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools;
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
- Planning and organizational skills;
- Negotiation skills;
- Orientation towards deadlines;
- Rigour and excellence in carrying out tasks;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Team spirit and ease of communication;
- Proactivity, assertiveness, dynamism and resilience;
- Driving licence.
