Then you are the one we are looking for!
We are currently recruiting a Key Account Manager located in Portugal for one of the leading multinationals in the flexible packaging manufacturing market for the food sector.
O que terás de fazer
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients by promoting sales of the company portfolio from the Europe facilities;
- Manage contracts, price lists and other commercial conditions;
- Develop a thorough understanding of key customer´ needs and propose strategies of sale that improve the commercial relationship;
- Build the company yearly Sales Budget, compiling reports on account progress, goals and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders;
- Receive customers´ complaints, collecting all necessary items to open the corresponding claim files, monitoring them and providing responses to the customers;
- Supervise, communicate, and manage new lines of credit with the financial area in order to maintain credit lines under control;
- Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams;
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure that key clients needs are met in accordance with the company objectives.
O que precisas de garantir
- Residence in Portugal;
- Bachelor's degree will be valued;
- Proven experience in key account management in a food related sector;
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts and to build rapport with key clients;
- German and Portuguese languages native or bilingual;
- English language full professional use;
- Otherlanguages, namely Spanish and Polish will be valued;
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills;
- Availability to travel to Germany.
