Description: We are looking for a junior developer with foundational knowledge and some experience working with Java.What You Will Do: Maintenance and development of a system.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the maintenance and development of a system.
• Support the design and implementation of new features and functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic system issues and defects with guidance.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time.
• Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with Java technologies and industry trends.
Must Have:
• Academic Background: Higher education or attendance in computer engineering, management information technology, data science and statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in software development.
• Languages: Minimum of 2 years working with Java 8 (or higher).
• Fluent in Portuguese
Nice to Have:
• Methodologies: Up to 2 years of experience in Agile practices.
Tools:
• Familiarity with Git, Docker (not mandatory but beneficial).
Seniority:
• Junior-Level (1-2 years of experience)
Languages & Soft Skills:
• Language: Proficiency in spoken and written English is a plus.
