Image Processing Operator – Space Sector (Portugal)Ref.ª T20251

We are looking for a Image Processing Operator to be integrated in Portugal, reporting to the Products and Services Department.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Regime: Hybrid
Accountabilities:
? Responsible for understanding and operating the Payload Processing system, including all the software, hardware and tools used in the procedures;
? Monitoring the status of all Payload Processing systems and processes to ensure the smooth operation of the data provision;
? Implementing procedures to process data into the different products when requested, with attention to detail and the precision;
? Review and validate the quality of the products generated by the Processing system, following the Operational Procedures (OPRs) and executing the contingency actions as necessary;
? Perform the maintenance activities scheduled as planned;
? Provide timely response and suggestions to protect the systems during an anomaly and alert the appropriate responsible;
? Record, report, and analyze processing data, and logs, observing data for anomalies, preparing summaries of data via written tabulations, charts, graphs, and reports as requested by Engineering Team or the responsible;
? Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
? High school degree or associate degree in a related technical field or image-processing related discipline (geomatics, environment, process control, topography, telecommunications);
? The position is staffed 24/7 and the ability to work in shift schedule is required.
Languages ? Spanish (mandatory).
? English Desired
? Valuable knowledge in: GIS, GDAL, Python and relational databases.
? ISO 9001 training.
? ISO 27001 certification
