We are currently recruiting an HRBP to join our client which operates in pharmaceutical&cosmetic sector.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, namely in L&D
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
Continuously improve — and humanize — business operations and work to create a positive employee experience
Training
Manage the recruitment process
Manage employee benefits

competências

Degree in RH, psychology or similar
English and spanish (advanced)
Responsable, flexible, proactive, humble, team player, autonomy and maturity
