Already with six years of experience, PTKeys manages properties in Short-Term Rentals and Long-Term Rentals. Our sector is local accommodation and we are an efficient property management service provider. We are looking for people passionate about hospitality and who love to explore the city of Lisbon.If you think that you’re a dynamic person, send your application. Main responsibilities:
- Guest Engagement: Welcome guests upon arrival, provide essential information about the property;
- Distribution of goods: Efficiently manage the delivery of essential items and amenities to short-term rental properties;
- Property Oversight: Regularly check the condition of apartments and address any maintenance or repair needs promptly
Profile:
- Professional experience above than 2 years, which we valued in delivery services, such as, Glovo or Uber;
- Cultural Diversity: We encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including foreign nationalities, such as Nepalese. Your unique perspective will enrich our team!
- Proven experience in hospitality, or tourism, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage;
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (car or motorcycle);
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences
