What you'll do:
Handle technical customer contacts for various products via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels.
Provide clear and practical information within set parameters, addressing questions about procedures and services.Assist users with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support issues.
Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information.
Appropriately manage and escalate customer issues to higher support tiers.
Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets.
Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction, providing feedback as needed.


What we're looking for:
Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) + English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
A passion for customer satisfaction and a knack for problem-solving.

What we offer you:
Base salary: 1100€
Performance bonus: 100€
Meal Allowance (meal card): 7,23€/per day
Transport Allowance: 20€/per month
Contract directly with client.
100% Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
Days Off: Weekends
