Join Our Team as a French Consumer Engagement Advisor! Are you passionate about helping others and fluent in French? We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic French Consumer Engagement Advisor to join our remote team in Portugal. Your Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries phone and written channels in a timely and accurate way. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features. Report product malfunctions. Encoding internal databases with information about consumer’s request. Share features requests and effective workarounds with relevant stakeholders. Inform customers about new features, functionalities and campaigns. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Gather consumers feedback and complete a FAQ database and a knowledge-based documents. Treat serious and sensitive consumer contacts following the specific guidelines. Redirect consumers questions to appropriate stakeholders in case of impossibility in providing an answer. What we are looking for: Native or Fluent French + Fluent in English (mandatory) Excellent Communication skills Previous Experience in the field (not mandatory) What we offer: Base salary: 1100€ Meal Allowance: 6,40€ (meal card – tax free). Performance bonus: Variable up to 7% of gross annual salary (paid monthly). Flex-ben: 3%-4% of gross annual salary (You can use this value in a list of things presented by the company. Health Insurance (after 3 months). All the equipment will be provided by the client. Direct contract with the client (9 months).
