>Preparation of regular reports to support the management of the various areas of the business - (e.g. invoicing, absenteeism, operational analysis, fuel consumption, communications);
>Cash flow planning and management, current account control;
>Planning and designing the best collection strategies;
>Monitoring and, if necessary, invoicing of group companies Fleet management;
>Calculating and monitoring financial and operational indicators of the company, ensuring the credibility of financial information;
>Actively contribute to process optimisation and automation of analysis and reporting;
>Working closely with the Executive Management to align financial strategies with operational objectives and ensure integrated and effective management;
>Ensuring the preparation of the annual budget and monitoring monthly variances, as well as periodic forecasts and related Group reports;
>Bank control and management;
>Ensuring regular and transparent communication with the Group;
>Developing and monitoring KPIs;
>Ensuring the flow of information between the finance team and other teams;
>Carrying out any other activities or duties not specified above as and when deemed necessary to achieve the objectives of the Company and the Group;
>Implementing, promoting and monitoring the financial control of European and national funding programmes;
>Detail oriented and analytical.
Qualifications:
>Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in economics, management or accounting;
>3 years' experience in a similar role;
>Intermediate English;
>Advanced Excel / Power BI;
>ERP Primavera.
Location: Lisbon Metropolitan Area
Regime: Hybrid (2/3 x per week)
