O que terás de fazer

- Financial Leadership and Compliance: Oversee the monthly closing process and the annual Business Plan, working closely with certified accountants. Ensure the financial and accounting practices of local country operations;

- Framework: Monitor and control key financial reporting risks, developing a robust local audit framework. Act on auditor feedback to enhance controls and ensure diligent follow-up on identified issues;

- Financial Analysis and Profitability: Spearhead initiatives to refine financial analysis, aiming to boost profitability and inform strategic decision-making.

- Project Support and Budgeting: Offer comprehensive support in project and strategic budgeting, ensuring thorough follow-up and alignment with overall business goals;

- Reporting and Representation: Deliver detailed financial reporting to management, embodying the finance department in system development and implementation projects;

- Cashflow Management: Play a key role in managing and reporting on cash flow, enhancing the company's financial stability and growth prospects.

- Team management (in the future).

O que precisas de garantir

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;

- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite or Gsuite, with advanced skills in Excel;

- Fluency on the Portuguese and English languages, both spoken and written;

- Demonstrated experience in financial management, accounting, and audit frameworks.

- A passion for the sports, media and entertainment sectors.
