What You'll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Management, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL or SQL Server.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles.
Familiarity with data visualisation tools, preferably Power BI.
A sense of responsibility and proactivity.
Enjoy working in a team environment.
Experience with banking projects.
Proficiency in Spanish (intermediate level) and professional English.
Your Future Responsibilities:
Develop and implement compliance analyses to identify risks and opportunities for process improvement.
Utilise data visualisation tools, preferably Power BI, to create reports and dashboards that aid in decision-making.
Work with Oracle PL/SQL or SQL Server databases to extract, transform, and load data necessary for analyses.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance practices align with company regulations and policies.
Participate in banking projects, ensuring developed solutions comply with regulatory requirements.
Communicate analysis results effectively to various stakeholders in both professional English and intermediate Spanish.
