Role: Customer Support
Key Responsibilities: Providing customer assistance. Post-sales assistance and/or troubleshooting guidance using the service.
Profile:
- Spanish Fluent + English (B2) - both languages written and oral
- Previous experience in call center 1 year (mandatory)
- Have an interest in social media
- Have good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications), with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
- Have the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Availability to work on rotational shifts
Salary Conditions:
- Base salary (gross): 1039,33€
- Christmas allowance: 86,61 €
- Holiday allowance: 86,61 €
- Meal allowance: 7,00€ per workday (paid in meal card) - 154,00€
- Health insurance: Since day 1
Schedule:
- Workload: 40h/week (full time) - 100% on site
- Workplace: Lisboa
- Type of contract: 12 months with the possibility of renewal

- We offer airline tickets
- We offer apartment (The apartments are fully equipped and furnished)
