Your job:
- Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat, and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.
- Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals.
- Manage a portfolio (book of business) of SMB clients with responsibility of growing revenue for their business.
- Prioritize outreach plans across your assigned portfolio based on understanding of clients and their needs.
- Personalized client recommendations to suite varying needs
- Improve clients experience by consulting on optimal and appropriate product adoption.
- Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption.
We are looking for:
- 3 years of work experience with at least 1 year of experience working in relationship
sales, ad sales and digital marketing.
- Knowledge and understanding of advertising.
- Experienced and excellent at building relationships and multi-touch cross/upselling over
the course of a relationship.
- Knowledge of MS Office and use of voicemail and electronic mail systems.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.
- Excellent contacting skills when reach out to clients via phone, chat, or email.
- Native or fluent (C2) English level.
What we offer:
- Training compensation - 92.80€/per week, starting on 30/10/2024
- Salary - 1 459.48 €
- Variable bonus - up to 600.00€
- Meal allowance - 154.00€
- 12 months contract, permanent after 2 years
- Private health and dental insurance
- 40 Hours per week/monday to friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
