-Manage telephone calls and customer enquiries;-Answering questions about products and services;
-Dealing with complaints and resolving problems efficiently and accurately.
Requisitos
We're looking for someone:-Communicative;
-Fluency in English and Spanish;
-Empathetic;
-With a cohesive and fluid speech;
-With a good work ethic;
-Committed to improvement.
Oferta
-Contract with Adecco;-Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm;
-Hybrid scheme;
-Location: Lisbon;
-Base salary 950€+ 75€ language bonus.
