Schedule: 40 hours per week in rotating shifts
? NIGHT SHIFT: Monday to Sunday: 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM (8-hour rotating shifts + 1h for lunch break) with additional night shift pay
About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the Meta Customer Delight team. Your mission will be to support Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), helping them grow through multiple channels (chat, email and phone).
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to digital advertising clients;
- Help SMEs optimize the use of online advertising tools;
- Ensure a positive and effective customer experience;
- Manage sensitive situations and provide efficient solutions.
Salary + Benefits:
? Base salary + Holiday Allowance + Christmas Allowance + Meal Allowance
? Total Gross: 1, 237.83 € (example for 22 working days)

Requirements:
? Advanced English (at least level C1)
? Documentation to work in Portugal (please, provide this information in your CV or in the body of your email): work visa, resident card, and a NIF number.
? Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (C1 minimum)
? Soft-skills: empathic and helpful, team player, able to handle sensitive information, fast learner capacity
