More than 5 billion trips later, Uber is working to make transportation safer and more accessible, helping people order food quickly and affordably, reducing congestion in cities by getting more people into fewer cars, and creating opportunities for people to work on their own terms.Partnering with Uber, Kelly is currently looking for Customer Service Agents (m/f) who can speak fluently Hebrew for Uber’s Excellence Center in Lisbon city center.
What we are looking for in you?
- Native or fluency in Hebrew + English;
- Bachelor's degree or college experience (preferential);
- Excellent PC and Internet skills;
- Analytical thinking and organization;
- Being driven by customer satisfaction;
- Proactive and a problem solver;
- Stress resistance;
- Team-player and willing to join a multicultural environment;
- Direct employment contract with our client;
- Good salary range;
Schedule: Monday to Sunday with a rotational shift between 07 a.m. and 12 a.m. (8 hours per day).
