Major customers include renowned airports as well as postal and parcel service providers around the globe.What are my responsibilities?* Remotely provide support and solve the customers problems in computer systems and networks raised via a ticketing tool;* Will work in cooperation with several internal departments to ensure that the problems of support to the client are treated in a useful time and manner.What do I need to qualify for this job?* Technical formation or degree in the area of Computer Science, Telecommunications or related areas;
* English fluency (verbal and written);
* Minimum of 2 year of experience in similar functions;
* Professional experience with computer networks, for example CISCO Routing & Switching (certification is a plus);
* Professional experience in Linux, Windows and/or Unix operating systems;
* Knowledge in virtualization and clustering technologies is a plus;
* Knowledge of Java, .Net, C / C ++, Perl, PL-SQL and SQL is a plus;
* Knowledge of XML / SOAP / SOA and Web Services is a plus;
* Availability to integrate a 24x7 rotating prevention system to solve critical problems;
* Availability for occasional international travel.Integration in a young team, dynamic and international with a great potential of growth.
