Are you considering a new professional challenge? Get to know this opportunity. We are recruiting a Collections Specialist for a growing Multinational Company located in Lisbon.
Reporting directly to the Collections Agent, you will perform several accounting and treasury tasks to the subsidiaries working with SSC Portugal.
O que terás de fazer
- Manage client portfolio in a multinational environment;
- Ensure payment deadlines;
- Receiving customer complaints and forwarding them to the respective subsidiaries;
- Obtaining missing accounting information from clients - telephone and email;
- Arguing and imposing the position of subsidiaries with diplomacy, and complying with good manners;
- Properly record all complaints received either by phone or email;
- Follow-up on customer accounts;
- Identify solutions to the problems presented;
- Establish a network of internal (SSC and Subsidiary) and external contacts (Customers).
O que precisas de garantir
- Experience in cash-collection position (experience within a shared service environment would be a plus);
- Languages: Spanish(C1/C2) and English (minimum B2);
- Good knowledge in finance;
- Advanced level of Excel and experience with SAP;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Customer orientation.
