About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our dedicated Zara employees. You will be the go-to resource for your colleagues, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your dedication to providing a seamless internal support experience will be instrumental in keeping our team motivated and productive.
Responsibilities:
- Handle employee inquiries via phone, email, and internal messaging
- Resolve employee issues promptly and efficiently
- Provide information and guidance on company policies and procedures
- Process employee requests and forms
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

- Flexible schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, rotating Saturdays

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle employee inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluency in Danish
- Experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus
