We are hiring a Business Development Manager for a multinational technological company.
O que terás de fazer
- Define the proper strategy for the assigned vertical markets;
- Set up a clear customer mapping with target customers;
- Define which solutions are needed to fulfill customer needs;
- Manage the BO funnel and align with sales targets;
- Have good internal cross divisional relations;
- Be dedicated to meeting and surpassing expectations and requirements of internal and external customers;
- Anticipate and respond to customers’ current and future needs;
- Respond rapidly in situations requiring quick turnaround.
O que precisas de garantir
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- Proficient in English;
- Equivalent experience as ASM, BDM, or KAM;
- Demonstrated experience in the Spanish market for professional channels, with strong networking;
- Dynamic personality with high communication and influencing skills;
- Commercially minded and results-driven;
- Strong focus on relationship building, collaboration, and mentoring;
- Analytical and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment;
- Consultative approach to managing complex client relationships;
- Ambitious, high-energy, and humble personality.
