We are hiring for a growing international company with a strong presence across Europe, currently seeking a passionate and driven Business Developer to lead our expansion in the Portuguese market. O que terás de fazer
- Utilize exceptional persuasive skills and deep knowledge of the construction and engineering sectors to engage with potential clients;
- Highlight the advantages of the software and service offerings in a proactive manner;
- Collaborate with software providers and internal teams to deliver optimal service and support to clients;
- Manage the entire sales process, from identifying prospects to closing deals, ensuring post-sale satisfaction;
- Consistently achieve sales targets and objectives;
- Report directly to the Country Lead and work closely with the international sales team.
O que precisas de garantir
- Strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, with at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the industrial, civil, or business engineering sectors;
- Fluency in English;
- Experience in software or construction and engineering is a plus;
- Knowledge of Oracle Construction and Engineering products;
- Flexibility to travel for business purposes.
