Kelly Services is recruiting Booking Adviser fluent in Dutch+ German + French (m/f) for a tourism enterprise situated in Lisbon.Do you like Tourism? Are you passionate about online business and have experience in Customer Care Assistant? Then we have the right job for you!
As a Booking Adviser, you'll be responsible for providing the best possible customer service, by answering customer's queries (by phone or via email) and by an accurate follow-up. This means that you should be able to create and ensure a fruitful relationship with customers.
Profile:
• Excellent fluency in written and spoken Dutch + French + German and English – C2;
• Emphatic, critical thinker and creative;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Analytical thinking and organization;
