Kelly Services is a leader in providing workforce solutions.Right now, we’re working with a client, who is a management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. They are a Global outsourcing provider of customer experience management, helping the largest brands in the world retain and grow their customer base.
For this reason, we are looking for Audio and Video Transcribe Agent (m/f), to join them in a project for a company that is a global brand and the number one search engine in the world. The candidates will be responsible for transcribing audio and/or video speech to text in the required language in accordance with the policies and guidelines set by the client.
The major responsibilities of these professionals are:
- Reviewing audio/video clips and Identify if transcription is applicable while tagging content that is not;
- Transcribe speech to text in the required language and submitting the job following the guidelines and policies set by the client within the required turnaround time;
- Identify improvement opportunities in the workflow and provide insights on the content in the queue to improve the process;
- Interface effectively with members of our transcription teams to share best practices.
What are we looking for in candidates?
- Fluency in English AND native speaker in French (mandatory);
- Strong reading and writing skills in the required language;
- Strong listening skills while being able to type at an above average pace (40+ WPM);
- Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment;
- Detail oriented with a focus on client requirements;
- Knowledgeable and passionate about standard internet tools;
- Flexibility in work schedule;
- Able to adapt to change.
Local – Miraflores
Schedule – - Availability to work on a project that operates 24 hours, 7 days a week in shifts (7 am until 4 pm; 4 pm until 1 am);
