Your Responsibilities as an Advertising Support Specialist:
- Assist businesses with advertising inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot and provide tailored solutions to enhance campaign performance
- Become a product expert in digital advertising
- Maintain excellent communication and customer satisfaction
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- Fluent in English (C1 level minimum) – both written and spoken
- Strong computer skills and tech-savviness
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- EU passport/ID or Portuguese resident card required
