Employment Agency NEXT is looking for motivated candidates for one of its clients – a company involved in the aviation industry - to work as:Assembler / Mechanic of jet engines (BELGIUM)
Responsibilities:
- assemble / disassemble and perform testing of aircraft parts namely on the engine
- wok in accordance with quality, safety and environmental requirements
- complete documents on your activities for traceability purposes
- prepare and test engines according to the production schedule
Requirements:
- vocational qualification from a secondary technical school in mechanical or electromechanical engineering
- graduates in aircraft mechanics or with experience of working with aircraft engines are welcome
- an interest in the construction, operation, maintenance and repair of engines - a desire for professional development in this field (jet engines)
- willingness to work two shifts (first and second shift)
- good command of English to communicate freely, knowledge of technical language
We offer:
- DIRECT PERMAMNET CONTRACT based on a Belgian laws
- attractive starting salary – 16,50 – 19,00 EUR/h gross + 10% shift compensation + EUR 8,00 for each worked day
- EUR 2500 gross installation fee for initial expenses
- end-of-term bonus - 72% of monthly salary
- holiday bonus - 92% of monthly salary
- profit-sharing bonus - up to 4.5% of annual salary
- December bonuses EUR 40 net + EUR 80 gross
- EUR 190 eco-vouchers (once a year)
- accident, health and hospital insurance (possibility to cover other family members)
- organisation of all formalities related to employment in Belgium
- organisation of temporary accommodation at the start
