Descrição:Are you an Italian speaker who is looking for an opportunity to grow in a multicultural environment?
Vertente Humana is currently recruiting Italian speakers to work in exciting projects for internationally recognized brands.
Tasks:
- Customer support to Italian-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels.
- Support the merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
- Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of the merchants.
- Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing.
Requisitos:
Profile:
- Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable);
- Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet or computer is easy for you);
- Excellent language skills in Italian, and feel comfortable speaking and writing in English;
- Love to communicate, while being easy-going and patient with the customers;
- Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for you;
- Curious and persistent to solve issues;
- Organised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
