Vertente Humana is currently recruiting German speakers to work in exciting projects for internationally recognized brands.
Our client is a renowned company located in Lisbon.
Tasks:
- Handling all incoming customer requests by phone, email and chat, in line with service standards and procedures, offering excellence and quality of service to customers;
- Managing pending situations: exchanges, complaints, returns, among other issues;
- Registration in the system of all requests/changes indicated by the client.
Schedule: According to the project
Location: Parque das Nações, Lisbon
Requisitos:
Who you are:
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German;
- Good undestanding of English;
- Previous experience in Customer Service is valued;
- Good computer and internet skills;
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customer oriented;
- Ticket flight refund after 6 months + accommodation during 1 month for people
living abroad;
- Flexibility and resilience.
