- You will manage a Order to Cash team for the Dutch market
- In addition, you will ensure the processes are in place, are followed and up to date
- You will be responsible to ensure that the team handles customers orders and complaints and address to the right department
- you are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with business partner, business units, customers and other departments
- You will follow team results, kpis and make sure that they are sustainable
- You will have monthly escalation meetings
- You will actively participate in digitalization and contribute to the digital transformation of our company.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have University Degree or minimum Secondary High School complete
- In addition you can speak native or C2 level of Dutch and English B1
- SAP and office knowledge rounds up your profile
- You have experience managing teams
- You are a good and persuasive communicator
- You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.
